Navigators:

During the 2025-26 Open Enrollment period, a total of 291, 336 Wisconsin residents signed up for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace.

These record numbers were made possible through the wide and multi-faceted reach of Covering Wisconsin’s 2025 promotion, education, and enrollment efforts shown here.
