Getting licensed and registered
Scroll down to find resources to help you get started as a Navigator or CAC. The following materials will help you find the necessary documents and applications to fill out.

To start the application process the following must be met:
Complete 16 hours of accident and health prelicensing. See list of courses offered.
Complete any federally mandated training required under the federal health care exchange.
Schedule and pass a navigator exam through the PSI website at PSI WI exams. Exam fee is $75.
Submit fingerprinting through fieldprintwisconsin.com. Use Fieldprint code FPWIOCIINSURANCE.
Apply online at nipr.com or via paper: Individual Navigator Application.
