Welcome to the
2026 Wisconsin Health Insurance Enrollment Conference
The Wisconsin Enrollment Conference is a virtual event in which Health Insurance Navigators, Certified Application Counselors (CAC), agents, brokers, community health workers, financial counselors, county program eligibility workers, and the leaders and staff representing Wisconsin health plans and health systems come together to learn about Marketplace and Medicaid health coverage programs, eligibility, best practices, and policy updates.
Pre-Licensing:
September 9th - 11th 8:30am-12:00pm daily
Intended for individuals preparing for initial licensing and includes sessions covering basic Medicaid eligibility and Wisconsin insurance regulations.
Main Conference:
September 16th - 18th 8:30am-12:00pm daily
Intended for both new and experienced assisters, with sessions showcasing current health insurance topics and issues.
What should I register for?
Pre-Licensing + Main Conference: If you are becoming a Navigator or CAC and need to receive the state-required 16 credit hours. Agents and brokers can register to satisfy a portion of your total state-required credits.
Main Conference Only: For current Navigators and CACs requiring the state-required 8 credit hours. Agents and brokers can register to satisfy a portion of your total state-required credits.
