Getting licensed and registered

The following materials will help you find the necessary documents and applications to fill out. If you have any questions, please reach out to Adam VanSpankeren at adam.vanspankeren@wisc.edu

To start the application process the following must be met:

  1. Complete 16 hours of accident and health prelicensing. See list of courses offered.

  2. Complete any federally mandated training required under the federal health care exchange.

  3. Schedule and pass a navigator exam through the PSI website at PSI WI exams. Exam fee is $75.

  4. Submit fingerprinting through fieldprintwisconsin.com. Use Fieldprint code FPWIOCIINSURANCE.

  5. Apply online at nipr.com  or via paper: Individual Navigator Application.

    This reference guide walks through examples of the different immigration document types that can be used in Healthcare.gov
